    Open Notepad and Input the Following:

    [Edition ID]
Professional
[Channel]
Retail
[VL]
0

    Save the file name as ei.cfg

    Save the location in the \sources directory on the Windows 8.1 Pro DVD (USB) install:
    USB drive :\sources\ei.cfg
