    If you are not away, there was a great man within the 9X community for at least the past 20 years. This great man continued to prove many of the people wrong outside the 9X community that stated things that Windows 9X “cannot do that”. Mr. RLoew proved them wrong time and time again. His most famous work is getting the Windows 9X system to be stable with more than 512MB of RAM and all the way up to 3GB of RAM. Another one he was able to accomplish was to get the Windows 9X to be stable with video cards that had 512MB VRAM or more. Unfortunately, Mr. RLoew passed away in September of 2019. Since then, his son has been greatly appreciated by the 9X community as he had given permission to collect and distribute Mr. RLoew’s work freely so that his father’s legacy lives on.
