The normal stock volt tends to be 1.115v or 1115 millivolts. That is just a little too high. Try reducing your card in Wattman (enable manual voltage control in Wattman for GPU, not memory) down to 1065 millivolts. Put the 1065 in State 5, 6, and 7 leaving the others alone.
